Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for buying our courses at techeleva.com. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering, assessing, and purchasing our educational courses.
Digital Products Standard Policy:
Because our courses are delivered as digital video content and downloadable resources, they are irrevocably accessed upon purchase. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once the course access has been granted.
Exceptions:
We may offer a refund only under the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same course, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will verify and initiate a refund for the duplicate transaction. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Delivery of Content: If you have paid but did not receive access to the course within 24 hours, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
Please note that changing your mind after purchase, or not having the time to complete the course, does not qualify for a refund.
